The Edison State Community College Workforce Development & Work-Based Learning office will host a Leadership Development Series during the spring of 2025. Designed for new supervisors and leaders, these workshops provide thought-provoking and engaging techniques to develop positive leadership skills. Participants will learn to effectively supervise former peers, improve communication skills, and strengthen conflict resolution techniques.
