Edison State Community College is committed to offering real-world experience to help students grow and learn the skills needed to succeed. The College’s EV Cart Racing Club—which brings students together to design, build, and race electric-powered carts—is one example of that commitment. Each year, the club races their carts at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio, and hosts a race at Edison State’s Piqua Campus.

The Edison Foundation and Edison State Community College are teaming up to host the seventh annual Drive for Scholarships golf scramble on Friday, July 25, at the Troy Country Club. All proceeds from the event will benefit the student scholarship program, which helps Edison State students attain higher education.
