Senator Sherrod Brown secured $900,000 on behalf of Edison State Community College from the Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies’ Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) Requests for Fiscal Year 2024. The College will use the funds to purchase essential training equipment for its new Respiratory Care program.

Edison State Community College recognized outstanding employee performance during its spring All-College Celebrations meeting. Each semester, the College recognizes a faculty or adjunct faculty member and a staff member with an Employee of the Semester award. The College also gives an Outstanding Team award to a team that has completed a project important to Edison State’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.
