Edison State Community College honored recent nursing graduates on Thursday, December 11, 2025, with a pinning ceremony held in a gymnasium filled with family and friends. Twenty-eight students received their Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing. The College also recognized the first graduates of its Bachelor of Science in Nursing, which included eight students.

Through the support of the UVMC Community Benefit Fund, Edison State Community College received a generous donation to help advance the planned nursing wing addition at the Piqua Campus and strengthen the region’s health care workforce. The new addition will be named the Upper Valley Medical Center/Premier Health Nursing Wing Addition at Edison State Community College.

Edison State Community College recognizes 747 students for excellence in academics on the Spring 2025 Semester Dean’s List. To be eligible for the Dean’s List, a student must have at least a 3.5 GPA and carry a minimum of 12 hours for the semester.
