The College’s EV Cart Racing Club—which brings students together to design, build, and race electric-powered carts—is one example of that commitment. Each year, the club races their carts at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio, and hosts a race at Edison State’s Piqua Campus.

The Edison Foundation and Edison State Community College are teaming up to host the seventh annual Drive for Scholarships golf scramble on Friday, July 25, at the Troy Country Club. Edison State Community College recognizes 747 students for excellence in academics on the Spring 2025 Semester Dean’s List. To be eligible for the Dean’s List, a student must have at least a 3.5 GPA and carry a minimum of 12 hours for the semester.

The Ohio Department of Higher Education recently announced that Edison State Community College was one of 30 Ohio colleges and universities to have its Collegiate Purple Star designation renewed for another three years. The renewed designation recognizes institutions for continuing their efforts to support military-connected students.
