Edison State Hosting Spring Career Experience Events

Edison State Community College will host monthly Career Experience events on the Piqua Campus beginning in February. These events are flexible, hands-on open houses where prospective students can explore programs across the College’s six career pathways, try real career activities, and learn about next steps toward enrolling.

Guests can:

• Plan their own visit and explore the programs and activities that interest them
• Try hands-on career activities using professional equipment in Edison State’s labs and classrooms
• Meet faculty and current students who can answer questions and share their experiences
• Explore programs—even if they’re undecided—and discover what sparks their interest
• Get support with next steps, including applying, advising, financial aid, scholarships, and college planning

During the spring, Edison State will hold Career Experience events on the following dates and times:

• Monday, February 16, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Thursday, March 12, 9 to 11 a.m.
• Thursday, April 16, 4 to 6 p.m.
• Thursday, May 7, 9 to 11 a.m.
