Emotional Intelligence- The Human Advantage in the Age of AI
As AI rapidly transforms the workplace, human skills are becoming the most valuable—and non-negotiable—skills professionals can develop. HR professionals and administrative leaders often sit at the center of communication, relationships, and culture, where emotional intelligence matters most.
Through relatable stories and practical tools, attendees will learn how to respond rather than react under pressure, navigate difficult conversations with confidence, and build the emotional intelligence foundation that makes strong communication, confidence, and leadership presence possible.
Elle Zimmerman is a keynote speaker, executive coach, and leadership consultant with deep expertise in emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and communication strategies that drive cultural transformation. With over two decades of experience coaching executives at Fortune 100 companies—Procter & Gamble, McDonald’s, Vera Bradley, Crocs, and Bacardi USA—as well as leaders in the private club, government, and hospitality sectors, Elle equips professionals with the tools to lead and present at the highest level communicating with clarity, confidence, and authentic influence.
A student of the prestigious University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, Elle spent more than 15 years as a professional stage actress performing on stages across the U.S. This background gives her an unmatched understanding of human behavior, presence, and performance—skills she now translates into leadership communication and executive presence.
Elle is a Senior Member of the Enneagram in Business Network and holds advanced certifications in executive communication, emotional intelligence, and the Enneagram for leadership. She integrates these disciplines to help leaders strengthen trust, navigate conflict, and lead with greater self-awareness and composure.
Known for her warm, high-energy approach, Elle creates interactive sessions that blend storytelling, neuroscience, and real-time coaching. Her programs are insight-rich, blending real-time personal discovery with applicable takeaways for immediate impact.
Her mission is simple: to help leaders show up fully as themselves—authentic, polished, and powerful—so their message lands and their leadership resonates.
