    Enrollment Management is here to guide you through the application process and make it as simple as possible. Your Edison State Admissions Portal is a convenient self-service platform to manage and track your application status, upload required documents, view your decision history, connect with staff and register for campus events.

    Follow the steps below to get started as an Edison State student.

    Number 1    Submit an Application 
    Number 2  Provide Your High School Transcript
    The academic records submitted with your application will be evaluated to determine course placement. Click here to upload your transcript to the admissions portal.
    Number 3  Register for Classes
    Set up an advising appointment to discuss academic planning, including any placement testing that may be required prior to course registration. Find your Career Pathways Advisor or Enrollment Manager's contact information here.

    After applying to Edison State, continue to check your email to learn more about your next steps to becoming an Edison State student and any additional documents that may be required based upon your student type.

    Interested in Financial Aid? 
    We encourage you to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be considered for financial assistance. Submit the FAFSA at www.studentaid.gov. Edison State's school code is 012750. Learn more about financing your education here.

  • ADMISSIONS PORTAL RESOURCES

  • When you are ready to get started at Edison State—simply apply online. 

    Please ensure you are using a personal email address. 

    Choose the option below—that most accurately describes your status at the time that you create your account

    • College Credit Plus Student  You are in grade 7–12 and want to earn high school and college credit at the same time
    • International Student  You are interested in studying in the U.S. on an F1 Visa or transferring to Edison State on a F1 Visa
    • New Student  You are attending Edison State for the first time or you are a current College Credit Plus senior continuing your education after high school
    • Returning Student  You have taken classes at Edison State but have not taken classes within the past year. If you plan on resuming your College Credit Plus classes and have NOT graduated from high school, please choose the College Credit Plus option
    • Transfer Student  You are transferring credit from another college to complete a degree at Edison State
    • Visiting Student  You are attending another college/university but wish to take classes at Edison State to transfer back

    Already have an account?  Simply login with the credentials that you used to create your account.  

    LOGIN to PORTAL

    If you don't remember your password, enter the email address you used when you created your account. We will send you an email with instructions to RESET your password.   

    FORGET PASSWORD?

    After you login—you will see your active application under MY APPLICATIONS. To see the status of documents that are needed and/or have been submitted, proceed to ACTION and click VIEW.

    Items with a NOT RECEIVED status, are items that we are waiting on in order to process your application.

    Items with a RED ASTERISK are required to complete your application.

    If you have submitted information but it is showing up as NOT RECEIVED, please email us. It can take up to 5 business days to attach items to your account.   

    APPLICATION STATUS

    The CCP PARENT/GUARDIAN PERMISSION SLIP is required for College Credit Plus students at Edison State and must be signed by your parent or guardian before the application can be completed. The permission slip can be sent for approval from your ADMISSIONS PORTAL.

     After you login—you will see your active application under MY APPLICATIONS. Proceed to ACTION and click VIEW. Under SUPPLEMENTAL ITEMS & DOCUMENTS, you will see RECOMMENDATION REQUESTS.

     To send the request, proceed to ACTION and click START. You will need to provide the name and email address of the person that you want to send the request to. 

     To submit the CCP Parent/Guardian Permission Slip, an access code is required. This access code is valid for 12 hours only. This code will be sent automatically to the person that you are sending the request to.   

    SEND PERMISSION SLIP

     After you login—you will see your active application under MY APPLICATIONS. To upload documents—proceed to ACTION and click VIEW. 

     To UPLOAD allowable items—select CHOOSE FILE and then UPLOAD.

     To receive credit for courses taken at other colleges or universities, you must have official transcript(s) sent directly from previous institutions to the Office of Registration and Records at Edison State.   

    UPLOAD ITEMS

     After an admission decision is made—you will access your DECISION LETTER by logging into your ADMISSIONS PORTAL. The decision will also be sent to the email address that you used to create your account.  

     After you login—you will see your active application under MY APPLICATIONS. To view your decision letter—proceed to ACTION, click VIEW and select DECISION HISTORY.

     You will be able to review your status—and will have access to VIEW and DOWNLOAD your decision letter.

  • IMPORTANT  Admission to Edison State does not guarantee admission to every course or program. Some courses have prerequisites which must be met prior to course enrollment. Some degree and certificate programs including PhlebotomyRegistered NursingPhysical Therapist Assistant, Medical Laboratory Technician and Veterinary Technology have additional admission requirements and follow a selective admission procedure with criteria used to select applicants most likely to succeed in these programs.
