Student Worker Policy & Procedures
NOTE Applicants will be reviewed for eligibility in the Federal Student Worker Program before being considered for the Non-Federal Program. Positions may be available in different areas of the College. Contact us at 937.778.7832 for more information on available positions.
All benefit eligible employees, household members, dependents in and away from home and parents/parents-in-law are eligible for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) from Impact Solutions. The program provides unlimited phone consultation, 5 complimentary face-to-face counseling sessions per person per occurrence and numerous resources such as comprehensive work/life web self service tools.
Employees currently eligible for benefits should have a member card which you will need to login. If you have lost your card or have never received one, please contact the Human Resources department.
