    Edison State Campus at Greenville

The Edison State Campus at Greenville was opened in Spring 1979, in response to the College's commitment to provide quality education opportunities. The College's second location was initially housed in a rented facility at the corner of Third and Walnut Streets in Greenville, Ohio. In the first quarter of operation, the campus held seven classes with 78 students enrolled.

To accommodate increased enrollment, classes were held at several buildings including Greenville High School and the Darke County Center. By 2000, the facilities’ capacity had been maximized, forcing the College to move to its current location at 601 Wagner Avenue in Greenville.

The Wagner Avenue location was opened in 2001 and officially became the Edison State Campus at Greenville to better reflect the range of student services and enrollment opportunities available to residents in the area. With an increase in floor space from 7,200 to 17,000 square feet, the campus was able to triple the number of computer labs, double the number of traditional classrooms and increase office space for staff and faculty.

In Spring 2014, over 310 students were registered in 78 sections of the classes offered. While many of these students are enrolled in general education classes for degrees such as English, psychology, sociology, math and humanities, many are also enrolled in prerequisite classes for technical programs such as business, chemistry, anatomy and physiology, computer classes and social work.
