poetry to Edison's Student Lounge
on the last Thursday evening of every month.
Meetings start at 7:30 p.m.
Every month, members of the Edison Writer's Club will post a creative writing prompt

February...
The weather wasn't the only thing that was
frigid at the ski resort this year.
March... "Sir,
the speed limit on this road is 65. You were
doing 87."
April... Daffodils,
tulips--she had just picked one lovely bloom
when someone tapped on her shoulder.

Feel free to change the pronouns and the tense as your writing requires.
And, if
you prefer, you can use the prompt as the beginning or the ending, or anywhere in between,
in your newest poem or short story.
