SCHEDULE OF TRAVEL AND VISITS:
  • Day 1: Departure from the U.S.A.

 

  • Day 2: DUBLIN   Arrive in the Emerald Isle. The remainder of the day is free to begin exploring on your own. Wander across St. Stephan's Green to Grafton Street. You may hear "huskers" playing traditional Irish music.
 

 

  • Day 3: DUBLIN   Sightseeing shows you statuefilled O'Connell Street, Trinity College and St. Patrick's Cathedral, where Jonathan Swift was Dean for thirty years. In the afternoon why not explore the Temple Bar section of Dublin? Situated near the Liffey and the Ha'Penny Bridge, the Temple Bar boasts cafes, galleries and trendy shops.

 

  • Day 4: ROCK OF CASHEL - CORK - KILLARNEY   Today's journey brings you first to the Rock of Cashel. Traveling southward, you reach Cork, the ancestral home of many Americans. Continue to Blarney Castle, where you have time to "kiss the Blarney Stone". Your final destination is the lovely town of Killarney.

 

  • Day 5: RING OF KERRY - KILLARNEY   This morning you travel around the Ring of Kerry, one of the most scenic areas in Ireland. See jagged cliffs leading to Dingle Bay. Notice how the roaming sheep are dyed bright colors so the farmers can tell who owns which one!

 

  • Day 6: SHANNON - FLIGHT - LONDON   Today fly over the Irish Sea to London, one of the world's livelist capitals. The day is free for unpacking, relaxing, and walking through the Royal Parks. Learn your Tube stop, and the city is yours to explore!

 

  • Day 7: LONDON   This morning a local guide shows you St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. Stop at Buckingham Palace for the Changing of the Guards, if available. Free afternoon, why not visit the Tower of London? This evening a theater performance is included.

 

  • Day 8: LONDON   Morning excursion to Henry VIII's favortie country home, Hampton Court. Inside the palace you visit the Tudor kitchens and the haunted gallery. Afterwards, wander through the extensive grounds and maze. Free afternoon for last minute shopping! You are also provided with meal vouchers for the Hard Rock Cafe. In the evening you may want to take in one last theater performance in London's West End.

 

  • Day 9: Departure for U.S.A.
