Strategic Planning for Learning Through Technology

Minutes of meeting held
September 28, 2000

1. The meeting was convened at 3 p.m. Discussion ensued as to the purpose of the ETC. The committee reviewed Dr. Yowell's e-mail message to members dated September 21, 2000.   The committee wants to review the draft of the Board of Trustees' Strategic Guide. Dennis Myers will forward copies to all members of the committee. Committee members expressed a desire for more time to review the draft of the committee's Strategic Plan dated March 2000.

2. The committee agreed to meet on October 12, 2000 at 3 p.m. We will review the Strategic Guide and the Strategic Plan draft and decide upon a meeting schedule at that time.

3. New members were suggested to replace members lost from 1999-2000. Patti Ross, Brad Reed, Chuck Jones, and Connie Gehret will be invited to the next meeting.

4. Meeting adjourned at 3:30 p.m.
