Hires Two New Technicians
The Client Services
unit of I.T.S. is pleased to introduce
two additions to its staff: Jeff Collett and Charles “Chuck” Steel.
I.T.S. sought individuals with strong customer service orientation and we believe that we have found
new Edison stakeholders uniquely qualified in that arena.

Jeff Collett is a Piqua resident and comes to us as a
recent graduate of Ohio University. His degree is in Communication Systems Management. He
previously worked in the Information Technology department for A.M. Leonard and thus brings hardware, networking, and software support knowledge with him. He has a strong background in interpersonal communications and customer service. |

Chuck Steel is a Medway resident and brings MCP + Internet, and MCSE
certifications to Edison's I.T.S. organization. He has a strong computer background,
having been responsible for the maintenance of all client hardware and
software at his previous employer. He was also the network
administrator and managed his company's servers. His server experience
includes Microsoft Exchange 5.5 and Proxy Server. Chuck brings a strong customer service background
to the Edison community. |
