Academic Calendar
The Edison Community College academic year is divided into two 16-week semesters—Fall and Spring—and an 8-week summer term. Each semester may also be divided into smaller academic terms. The calendar contains a complete list of important dates and activities at Edison year-round.

Library
Search Edison's Library for books and other materials. Search 80+ college and university libraries, and request items to be delivered free to the Edison Library. Edison's database portal has information about every subject taught at Edison, each with its own list of research materials, as well as online tutorials for various software packages.

Learning Center/Tutoring
All students enrolled at Edison are eligible to receive learning assistance services. All learning assistance services including tutoring and the use of the learning lab are free to Edison students. To meet with an academic tutor or to receive more information on available services students should visit Room 560 in the Library or call 778-8600, extension 7959 or 7956.

Registration and Records
The Office of Registration and Records is responsible for registration and for maintaining the academic records of students who have attended Edison Community College. Students may register for classes:
- Online by using WebAdvisor
- In person at the Piqua or Darke County Campuses
- By e-mail by printing, signing, scanning and emailing a registration/add/drop form to Registration and Records. All e-mailed forms must be sent from your Edison email address to ensure the integrity of your request.
- By fax to 937-778-4692, before the payment deadline.
- By Postal Mail to the Edison campus you attend.
Registration and Records is also your one-stop resource for information regarding your academic standing, residency, transcripts, transfer of credits, veterans benefits, and waiting lists.

Student Health Services
HealthWise student health services is available on Edison's main campus in partnership with Upper Valley Medical Center to meet the health and wellness needs of students, faculty and staff

Parking
Parking permits are available to current students, and may be obtained at the Cashier's Office at the Piqua and Darke County campus locations.
Emergency Alert Signup
Register to receive student alerts from the Wireless Emergency Notification System (WENS). If you are not a student, please use either the employee signup or the community member signup to receive the alerts most pertinent to you.
