Brings Comedian and Hypnotist
to Campus for Show on March 23 at 8 p.m.
The Edison Community College Comedy Night on March 23 features a comedian and a hypnotist, who are both nationally recognized.
Don Mannarino, who is uniquely skilled at putting people in trances, and Mark Anthony, well known for provoking loud laughter, take the stage at 8 p.m. in the North Hall theater on the main campus in Piqua.
The two have Ohio connections. Mannarino is a John Carroll University graduate. Anthony grew up in Cleveland.
Tickets for Comedy Night can be obtained at the cashier’s window in Student Services Room 020 on the main campus. Cost is only $5. Any remaining tickets will be available at the door.
 Anthony gets his material from growing up in the inner city, listening to rock and roll, and being overweight.
He has performed in more than 30 states and Canada, and has entertained at various venues including the West Point Military Academy and a few cities in the Dakotas.
In Ohio, Anthony has delighted crowds at the University of Dayton, Case Western Reserve, and Shawnee State University.
Anthony has also appeared on Comedy Central and the Black Entertainment Television Network.
 Mannarino captivates audiences with drama and intrigue. As a highly regarded and versatile motivational hypnotist, he has utilized his skills to conduct wellness seminars since 1978.
As an authority on the advances in inducing methods of authentic hypnosis, Mannarino takes advantage of his and others’ imagination with ethical and professional precision.
Like Anthony, Mannarino has performed on numerous college campuses in Ohio.
