Course Description: |
Overview of the human
resource management field with an international emphasis on the
functions of the human resource manager. Emphasis is placed on
three broad areas: cross-cultural management, comparison and analysis of
HRM systems in various countries, aspects of HRM in multi-national
firms. Our objective is to explore the internationalization of the
HRM function in regard to activities and corporate policy. |
