Course Description: |
An overview
of substantive and procedural criminal law and how criminal offenses are
processed by the criminal justice system. The impact of federal and
state constitutional rights on the enactment and enforcement of criminal
prohibitions is examined. Criminal offenses are explained, as well as
relevant defenses for crime. |
