Retirement Process

The team is being directed to devise a checklist-type information sheet that will give guidance for those preparing to retire.  It should include but not be limited to action timelines, steps taken with retirement-related organizations and with Edison Community College, and possible contact information.

Student Complaint

Define and deploy a multi-faceted complaint process that includes aggregating, analyzing, and responding to student and stakeholder complaints.

Student Recognition Selection/Mentoring Team

Develop process for identifying and cultivating students who are potential candidates for local, state, and national recognition.

Student E-mail

Student Email was identified as: a process for providing Edison students with a solid, more global form of communication with only one login and password to access the Edison network for document storage on a designated “Z” drive, an Edison Email account, WebAdvisor for personal information, and Blackboard for online instruction.

Investigate and recommend a process for determining social security number needs, access, and protection throughout the college.

Define the process or processes used to determine support needs for students and staff.

To develop a process for setting targets that will be used to monitor our performance, many of which will be posted to our Dashboard/Balanced Scorecard.
