The process team meeting of December 6, was cancelled due to
Keith Kamerer’s absence. This meeting served as a re-organizational
meeting.
2.
Discussion about the availability of documents and timelines
ended in these final decisions:
a.
Darrel Isaacs would ask Becky Mann to provide materials Keith had
requested and felt appropriate to our charge.
b.
Isaacs would research our current exit interview process.
c.
Bob Strayer and Jane Salisbury would review the materials and
communicate with Isaacs and Mann via email, attempting to design a draft
for team review.
3.
It is intended that a draft document of a “Retiring from Edison
Checklist” would be available for review by team members, college
personnel, and perhaps a STRS representative by early February.
4.
It was noted that a standard checklist would need to include
sub-areas for those retiring by choice, by disability, or by death.
5.
Team activity will proceed through email interaction until a
draft document is completed. The next meeting will be called when
appropriate.
