Chris Sargent was selected as team leader.
2.
Team Charge: Design, implement, and communicate a process for
scheduling, set-up and clean-up for use of all college facilities.

Concerns with the current system were discussed as well as goals for
improvement. Concerns were categorized into cuases and
effects. Issues revolved about space, personnel for set-up and
clean-up, conflicts among factions such as classes, sports, and
theatre, and available space for coats.
4.
The Board policy for facilities usage was mentioned. It is
available in the Public folders. Discussion about the agreement
for use between the Vice-President for Academic Affairs and Student
Development and the theatre department was explained.
