Members present: Pam Gibellino, Chip Hare, Jane Kretschmann, Ronnie Mayo, and Jane Salisbury, facilitator.
Members absent: Anna Hudelson, Ray Lepore, Dawn Stinson. Sandy Brubaker attended at the request of the committee.
Pam Gibellino distributed the revised brochure, Sail to Success! The revisions incorporate changes suggested by Dawn Stinson. Pam Gibellino asked the committee for final proofreading comments. The brochure will be presented to the CQI Steering Committee on May 10 for acceptance. If accepted, the brochure will be sent with college acceptance letters and distributed to the Advising Resource Center and other locations on campus. The committee thanked Pam Gibellino for her extensive work on the development of the brochure.
Jane Salisbury reported that the formation of a committee to recognize students and plan for the spring recognition event will be supervised by Sandy Brubaker. Implementation does not fall under the domain of this CQI committee. Sandy Brubaker then asked for volunteers. Chip Hare and Pam Gibellino volunteered to be part of this new committee; Jane Salisbury reported that Larry Dragosavac has also volunteered by e-mail.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
