Attending: Brad Reed, Sharon
Brown, Kathy Clifton, Ann Miller, Jane Salisbury
Members reviewed Getting Started in Your Online Course document. Ann was
to make changes as noted and distribute electronic copies to Sandy
Brubaker, academic deans, faculty and adjuncts. Brad would meet with
Sandy to discuss distribution of paper documents.
Discussed a few apparent conflicts in the course schedule with the
online support process, and one with online qualification of instructor.
Sharon Brown agreed to look into and take care of the apparent
conflicts. Brad agreed to send an email reminder to staffing
coordinators about the requirements.
Team considered the question of whether it is appropriate for students
taking the NET100 bypass to do so off campus. It was agreed that
off-campus was fine, so long as the test is properly proctored. Brad was
to discuss with Maggie Myers the proctoring requirements.
