Meeting called to order by President Yowell.

Agenda
approved and no additional items were added.

Jane
Salisbury reported on the status of the currently functioning process performance teams. She reported anticipated dates for completion of
work, concerns arising from within teams, and overall recommendations.
3.
Facilitation
workshops were discussed. The initial
training will be co-facilitated by Scott Epstein, Fred Verceles, and Jane Salisbury.
Participation will be voluntary.
4.
Where
ECC is going with CQI was discussed.
Dr.
Yowell requested Iden Smith and Jane Salisbury represent Edison at the March
NCA meeting. He invited other interested
parties to attend.
5.
Mona Walters shared with the committee concerns
raised in the ETC meeting regarding communication throughout the college and the
sharing of information among colleagues about new departmental and
academic innovations.
There
was no closure as to what we will do. Several ideas and options were
discussed.
