Meeting was called to order.

Sean Ford was selected the new Team Leader.
Discussion

There have been questions about how to
schedule IT equipment.

Keith Kamerer’s name should be replaced with
Dan Reke on the Facilities Use Request Form within Public Folders
-
Parking:
a.
Dan Reke should be notified when we need to have special parking
for an event.
b.
When doing an external mailing, there needs to be parking
arrangements defined in the mailing.

Marketing:
When media releases and photographs are desired, following
published timelines will allow better recognition for the event.

Proposed changes to External
Event Planning Guidelines
a. Four Weeks to Event
i.External Mailing.
ii.ADD - including requirements for parking.
b.Ten Days Prior to Event
i.Required RSVPs should be returned to Edison.
ii.ADD – In house notification including Ed Lines (???),
Webpage, Email, Posters, Cafeteria, moving Bulletin Board.
c.Twenty-Four Hours Prior to Event
i.Change Notify to Remind media: newspaper,
photographers, and/or TV news.
Proposed changes will
be taken to the CQI Steering Committee for approval prior to updating
the CQI Process Manual.
