Attending
were: Jane Salisbury, Kim Kiehl, Patti Ross, Keith Roeth, Sandy Brubaker, and Darlene Cardinal. Absent were: Nancy Shuler,
Betsy Kondall, Jane Kretschmann.
The
meeting was called to order by Jane Salisbury.
After
identifying the stakeholders and factors affecting customer service, the
group came up with the following team charge and objectives.
Assist
ITS in developing a procedure for providing appropriate and timely
communication to improve customer service.
Objectives:

Determine
communication steps between ITS and the end user.

Create
process for consultation prior to any technology purchases.

Create
process for training.
We
then started the process building for each of the objectives.
Completed
a 1st draft of the process mapping.
Next
meeting: Monday, February 5, 2001 at 9:00 am for 1 hour.
