Session was called to order by Betty Blue at 10:10.
Looked over brochure made a couple of minor changes and decided it was a go.
Copies will be given to Dr. Salisbury for approval by steering committee. Betty will address the steering committee on October 12th. If it is ok, copies will be distributed on October 15th to everyone at Edison by interoffice mail. The Copy Center will also have copies available for those interested.
The brochure will then be added to the web page and linked to CQI page by Ann Miller. It will also be referenced in an e-mail upon availability and through the CQI Newsletter.
Betty will prepare a small survey sheet to be attached to fliers using guidelines to track assessment and evaluation of
usefulness.
A meeting will be planned for January to discuss the assessment and evaluation of
usefulness of brochure.
