Session
was called to order at 10:00 by Jane Salisbury. Discussion on
minutes, charge, and process ensued.
Considerable
time and discussion were involved in producing a flow chart for the design
of departmental brochures, excluding classroom materials. A final
draft was completed and is to be forwarded to members once transferred to
Visio files by Jane Salisbury.
Questions
needing to be addressed are as follows:

What
kinds of questions need to be answered by a person wanting to produce
a brochure, but not writing their own copy? (Brad/Jack)

Who
within the college community can be asked to write brochure copy?

What
kinds of timelines are necessary to produce the various types of
brochures? (Betty)

Any
Marketing Committee guidelines for quality control issues? (Jack,
Shirley, Chip)

Center
People
assigned to specific questions will bring research to next meeting, along
with input to flow chart.
