Session
was called to order by Scott Epstein of Terra Community College. An
agenda was posted, ground rules discussed, and member responsibilities
explained. Betty Blue was selected to be team leader.
A
team charge was agreed upon after considerable discussion. It is as
follows:
CREATE
A PROCESS FOR THE DESIGNING AND PRODUCING PRINTED MATERIAL TO SUPPORT
DEPARTMENTAL ACTIVITIES, EXCLUDING CLASSROOM MATERIALS.
The
objectives of the team were outlined as:
Eliminate
confusion
Enable employees to produce materials
Standardize the process
Communicate options
The
timeline for completion was set as March, 2001.
