Actions:
1. Jane
Salisbury presented a summary draft document derived from the input of
all team members.
2. The
draft was further edited and accepted.
3. The
draft document for establishing collaborative relationships will be sent
for review to 7 faculty and staff who currently work in some type
collaborative partnership within the college. Areas represented will
include student learning, student support services, and college-wide
maintenance and vendor relationships.
4. After
input is received from those reviewing the document, final edits will be
made and the process will be forwarded for review by the CQI Steering
Committee.
5. Yet
to be established are
the metrics to be used determining collaborative
partnership/relationship effectiveness.
