Discussion:

The Action Project posted to the AQIP
web site was distributed and reviewed.

Strategy Forum goals for the project
were listed:

Determine purpose of relationship

Define criteria to measure
effectiveness/target setting processes related to relationship

Establish criteria for
prioritization of relationships to be established and maintained
-
Conclude how relationships will be
monitored and maintained for effectiveness, i.e., frequency of use,
database storage, contact lists, succession, accountability, etc.

Process to be followed for developing
a generic process of determining relationships:

Review current processes for
commonalities.

Map process incorporating current
process steps within various areas
-
Call into meeting those individuals
typically responsible for maintaining relationships in areas of
academia, service to students, building maintenance, donor giving,
etc., for additional perspectives
Actions:
-
Define current
processes in nursing (Sharon), Business and Industry (Kristi), and Human
Services (Matha).

Combine
processes into one generic process.
