Actions:
- The
Communication Repository opening web page was introduced to the
group. They chuckled!
- Bert
Waldrop presented his draft for job shadowing that will be linked to
“Ride on My Bus.” Minor edit suggestions were made and Bert will
forward the final document to Jane Salisbury for posting to the
website.
- Randi
Wheaton led a discussion regarding a proposal for classified
representative(s) selection and what she felt should be included
within that link from “Chat with the Bus Driver.”
- Steve
Whiteman handed out suggested questions for the one “Traffic Jam on
the Bus” survey. They were edited by the group, and Steve will make
final corrections before forwarding them along with an introductory
paragraph. Other surveys to be included in that section will be the
360 evaluation of leadership and the Are We Making Progress?
- Julie
Slattery and Jane Salisbury are scheduled to meet on Thursday,
October 13 to enter the available surveys into the Zoomerang linked
to the “Traffic Jam on the Bus.” The account is up and running,
thanks to Julie.
- Ann Miller
will set up the Blackboard accounts early the week of the 17th
so all aspects of the site will be functional for Board presentation
on the 19th of October.
- All members
will prepare explanatory paragraphs to be incorporated into an email
introducing this site to the general college community.
The project will
be presented to the Board of Trustees at their October meeting. Each
member will discuss the specific “bus” category he/she has been working
with.
Another meeting
is scheduled for Monday, October 17, at 4:00.
