1. Jane Salisbury referred to the organizational chart requested by Patti Ross. It dates from March, 1999.
2. The team discussed at length the Tichy chapter handed out during the previous meeting. Multiple concerns were raised as to how some of the chapter principles /processes could be implemented within the Edison structure. President Yowell asked not to be strapped with the current structure, but rather that the team members consider what might work well for us, regardless of structure. He suggested each team member re-read the chapter before our next meeting and consider possibilities that would support a learner-centered environment and promote communication. These possibilities would need to be consistent with our college mission, vision and employee core values.
