8. The team worked together to place into the appropriate categories the characteristic behaviors each person had listed. After establishing a working format, it was decided Patti Ross could complete that task and bring back to the group a draft document. 9. Jane Salisbury and Patti Ross had prepared the suggested cross-functional teams requested by President Yowell. That proposal was handed out and the rationale for team assignment was explained. 10. Dr. Yowell clarified that AQIP 5 no longer had obligation to the concept of Extended Deans’ Council, to the development of facilitation curricula by the Servant Leadership participants, or to the cross-functional team concept. 11. For next meeting, Patti Ross will provide a categorical listing of the leadership behaviors desirable for those in teaching-learning organizations, and the team will review it conceptually and functionally. Possibly a visual model will be designed to represent the interaction and interdependence of the various leadership clusters.
