Leading and Communicating
Minutes - April 11, 2003
Those Present: President Yowell, Patti Ross, Pat Klopfenstein, Bill
Waxman, Jane Salisbury
Absent: Chip Hare
1. The meeting was called to order by President Yowell, and discussion
began regarding common themes, common ideas, and common approaches gleaned
from the documents discussed at the previous meeting. Formats presented
were quite variable, but the basic concepts reflected were similar.
Concerns were expressed and discussed. Nothing definitive was decided.
2. For the next meeting team members are asked to synthesize behavioral
models, behavioral protocols, organizational structures, and
responsibility/accountability/assessment measures congruous with the basic
concepts identified as desirable for an organization undergoing changes to
promote better communication and leadership development at all levels.
3. The next meeting: April 17, 2003
