Discussion:
The survey drafted by Tom Looker was discussed and a suggested
addition was
accepted. Rebecca Schinaman drafted an additional item:
Has there been a specific circumstance in which you did not feel
valued? How could that incident have been handled differently to have
enhanced your perception of being valued?
The survey will be finalized and placed into Zoomerang for a January
2006
deployment.
It was suggested that staff appreciation/recognition items be included
in the Daily Update. These recognitions would be submitted by an
individual wanting to show appreciation or recognition to another staff
member for something achieved.
There would be no formal
entry process. Jane Salisbury is to verify that making such
submissions is appropriate.
