- The meeting
was called to order and Jane Salisbury explained the charge of this
team. It is to continue studying and recommending activities and/or
actions that will enhance the perception of employee value within
the college working community.
- Discussion
topics:
--What can we do to
make people feel more valued?
--How can we change
the perception that some supervisors do not
appreciate
employees or their work?
--What tools can be
used to gain meaningful information?
--Is anonymity
necessary to get honest responses?
--Develop a draft survey document by October 1.

--Implement final survey in November.
--Determine future steps based upon data
collection.
