signed by nearly all committee members and will be distributed to
survey respondents

Fleishman will be working with Betty Blue on finalizing the design
of the cards for availability to all staff
- Who’s Who
- Carol
Rigola has confirmed that she will assist the committee in the
maintenance of the publication and its posting to public folders
- Once
initialized, Keith Kamerer will have personnel take a photo of new
employees as one of their tasks

Lootens suggested that we have adjunct photography instructor Jan
Giangulio take photos of adjuncts to include in the Who’s Who

as to who the person would be to take all initial photos – Library?

birthdays will be added to update
- Libbie Eyer
has generated a list of adjuncts teaching summer hours. Terri will
give a list to Randi
- Phil would
like a list so that he may send his own greeting cards

Initiatives
- The committee
would also like to begin including a short biography of employees to
be featured on the daily update. Diane and Terri will work on a short
questionnaire for employees to complete. If they would like to be
included in the initiative, the bio would be featured on their
birthdays.
- Phil would
like to have a Classified Employee of the Month, and try to increase
the opportunity for more professional development to this
classification of employees

- The committee
will track current initiatives to measure effectiveness and
satisfaction
- The committee
has decided to defer formal meetings until Fall semester; at this time
we will focus on our plan for second year stretch targets
