MEMBERS PRESENT:  Terri Jacomet, Diane Arnold, Keith Kamerer, Eileen Thompson, Michael Fleishman

The committee took the time to review the Adjunct Faculty and Classified Staff comments and feedback on Employee Recognition.

The same memo will be sent out today to all Administrative staff, with feedback requested by 2 May 2003.

The committee noted some suggestions that are feasible for implementation in both the short- and long-term.  Discussion was held on a few of the more repetitious ideas.  Committee members will review these ideas more thoroughly before the next meeting, bringing back some specifics as to how best to put these new processes and initiatives in place.

 The next meeting will take place on Thursday, 1 May 2003, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. in Room 413.
