- Review of the data results:
- Correct some data tabulations
- There was an aggregate ^50% response to the
survey
- Question number 6 now seems ambiguous; would
like the results removed from the summaries to see if it affects results
- Need to edit stretch target
- Results show that it is not a classification of
employee that needs to be addressed, but the “recognition” issue
- By next week the committee would like to:
- Have corrected data
- Draw an initial conclusion as to what to address
as the action project
- Be able to determine a course of action
The next meeting will take place on Monday, 10
February 2003, from 2:30-3:30 p.m. in Room 413.
