Present: Sandy Brubaker, Becky Telford, Terri Jacomet, Jane

Discussion:
- The
draft survey prepared by Becky Telford was reviewed. Sandy
Brubaker would like to add two questions addressing things done
well and poorly at Edison. The survey will be taken to the
Marketing Committee for input.
- Survey
distribution options were discussed and it was decided
individual representatives within stores would probably be the
best method for securing data. Places under consideration
include the three area Wal-Marts, the Miami Valley Mall food
court area, McDonalds, and other restaurants. An early 2006
timeline is being considered.
- The
Marketing Committee will fund the printing of the survey cards.
Student Ambassadors may be asked to help with the data
gathering.
- The
Ipods for the participation drawing are still being discussed.
Actions:
- Sandy
Brubaker will take the survey to the Marketing Committee and
then email the AQIP Team members relating what transpires.
- Our
next actions will be determined through email communication.
