The cover letter and survey
prepared by Iden Smith was discussed and edited.

The resource areas defined in
Figure 3-4 of our Portfolio were listed and those persons
responsible for securing the specific stakeholder input were
identified.

An explanatory email and the
Input Process Survey will be forwarded to those specified
individuals.

Survey results will be aggregated
and analyzed to determine if common themes lending themselves to a
defined process are present.
-
If a process, or things to
consider in a process, can be defined, that will address a
significant OFI from our Portfolio review Feedback Report.
