Team Charge: To
develop a process for setting targets that will be used to monitor our
performance, many of which will be posted to our Dashboard/Balanced
Scorecard.

Timeline:
Mid-April for making recommendations to CQI Steering Committee
Discussion:
- We need to
review our current Dashboard targets and discuss how the current
targets were determined.
- Targets for
other area within the organization should be discussed with those
most closely related leading the discussion, i.e., Terri Jacomet and
Foundation goals, Sandy Brubaker and marketing goals.
- Perhaps
many commonalities exist among current processes used.

Next meeting
will be discussion of target-setting practices currently in use.
Dashboard, Repository, and area-related targets will be discussed.
