Support Services Process Team -Minutes

Present: Kathi Richards, Truman Bashore, Natalee Heath, Randi Wheaton, Jane Salisbury

Actions:

Team Leader: Jill Malolepszy-Boeke

Team Charge: Define the process or processes used to determine support needs for students and staff.

Timeline: mid-April target for presentation of recommendations to the CQI Steering Committee.

Discussion:

  1. What process is used to decide what support services are needed by students?

  2. Are these different than those needed by staff?

  3. Is the process for determining staff needs different than that of the student stakeholder population?

Next:
The next meeting will entail a discussion of survey documents from the Dashboard, the Communication Repository, and area-specific resources.
