Those present: Becki Lawhorn,
Shirley Apple-Shoup, Becky Telford, Harry Lawhorn, Kathi Richards, Jane
Salisbury

Discussion:
-
The group discussed the initial
charge of the team and college-wide initiatives that were in support
of that charge.

Becki Lawhorn indicated that the
social security input pads had not been purchased because of
tangential costs associated with cables, USB ports, etc.
-
Concerns were raised about the
current Business and Industry online registration process and the
information secured for payment and the lack of security in that
office area.
-
In view of the college-wide
initiatives currently being developed, it was decided to offer only
general guidelines to staff and faculty maintaining personal
information on students.

The team will review a draft
document to be presented to the CQI Steering Committee at its April
meeting.
