process mapping the pre-application, application, and time sheet
procedures for the work study program.

Minutes:
The team completed
working through the pre-application and application processes for
non-federal and federal work study students and began working
through the time sheet process. Additional discussion focused on
providing training to supervisors and making students and
supervisors accountable for the accuracy of time sheets to improve
future audits. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, November
27, at 10:30 AM in room 057.
