Committee Charge / Mission Statement

The purpose of the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Steering Committee is to provide vision, guidance, and support to students, faculty, staff, and the community on all CQI-related matters.  The committee will constantly evaluate projects, processes, and outcomes, reinforce the commitment to Continuous Quality Improvement and communicate progress and CQI successes on an on-going basis.

Prime Functions:

• Communicate all CQI-related activity to the campus

• Identify College-wide opportunities for improvement

• Commission teams to address College-wide opportunities for improvement

• Develop key performance indicators for the quality initiative (short and long term)
