Registration is Required:
Information may be obtained at the
center. The
application form, medical examination form, and all other paperwork in the
admissions packet must be completed and filed with the Center Director or
Head Teacher prior to the first day of attendance. Children will be
accepted on a space available basis and in the order the completed
paperwork is received. Once the original packet is completed, each parent
must continue to turn in a semester schedule indicating the hours the
Center will be used during the current semester. This is a parental
responsibility prior to the end of each semester.
The Center will not discriminate in the enrollment of children upon the
basis of race, color, religion, sex, ability or national origin.
