Report a Blackboard problem
Continuing problems may require additional information to be
submitted for further review. Please complete the Blackboard
problem form and by a separate e-mail please send the following to
CGreen@edisonohio.edu:

screen shot of the problem would be helpful, as would a screenshot
of this URL:
http://4learning.edisonohio.edu/bin/server.
This page will tell UC which server you have connected to, and more
importantly, will give UC your session id, which can then be tracked
in the database.
(To do a screenshot click on the print screen button on your
computer keyboard. Open up Microsoft Office click on paste,
and paste the image of the error into a Word document. You will need
to send the Word document to Cecelia Green as an attachment.)
