    Accounting graduates from Edison's AAB program work for local accounting firms or in private accounting jobs with local industries.
  • What can Edison do to help me land a job after I graduate?
      
    Edison's Career Planning and Placement Office can aide you in your job search.  In fact, many graduates keep their credentials on file with this office.
      
  • If I want to earn a B.S. in Accounting, what program should I enroll in at Edison?
      
    If you want to transfer to a four-year college/university to study Accounting, ideally you should enroll in Edison's A.S.(Associate of Science) program. However, graduates from our A.A.B. (Associate of Applied Business) Accounting program have also successfully transferred to many four year colleges/universities.
      
  • How do I become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and what do they do?
      
    CPAs are involved in auditing and tax accounting. Requirements for this license are currently under revision by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Each state has its own specific regulations, contact the Ohio Society of CPAs in Dublin, Ohio.
